Returns:

You have seven calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  • Contact our Customer Support team at ayeshanovera2023@gmail.com within 7 number of days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
  • Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging or in a secure package with a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our Customer Support team at ayeshanovera2023@gmail.com within seven days of receiving the product to arrange for an exchange. We will guide you through the process.

Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
